An engineering-led parts supplier in Nantong, China, working with small and medium-sized industrial buyers who need one-piece prototypes, short runs and parts that are hard to source elsewhere. We are an order-based contractor: your drawing is reviewed and quoted by our engineer, produced in a vetted partner workshop we pick for the job, inspected by us, and shipped under our own documents. We also act as a sourcing and buying office for parts outside our own production network.
Ruiyuze Electromechanical Equipment (Nantong) Co., Ltd. is based in Nantong, Jiangsu — an hour and a half from Shanghai, in the middle of one of China's densest electrical and mechanical manufacturing corridors. That location is deliberate: it puts us within reach of the cable, connector, machining and surface-treatment workshops we work with, which is what makes small-quantity work economically viable rather than a loss leader.
We are direct about how we operate: we do not run our own factory. We are an order-based contractor. Our team of eight handles the engineering, supplier selection, order coordination, quality control, documentation and shipping. The parts themselves are made by a small group of partner workshops we have worked with for years, chosen job by job — because the workshop that crimps a 500-wire harness well is not the workshop that turns a stainless shaft well.
That model has a practical consequence for you. Instead of being limited to whatever one factory happens to do, we put each job where it will be made best and at the right price. And because nothing is made on our own machines, your thirty-piece order is never quietly pushed behind a customer ordering thirty thousand. Your engineer, your inspection report and your invoice all come from the same company, in English.
The business was set up in 2023 specifically to serve overseas buyers who fall through the cracks at larger suppliers: the maintenance engineer who needs three replacement parts, the start-up building its first twenty machines, the distributor whose original source has discontinued a line.
We have since added a sourcing and buying-office service for the same customers. Once you trust someone to make your parts, the next question is usually whether they can also get you the component you cannot find — so we do that as well, published as a flat 5% service commission plus a 2% inspection fee, rather than a hidden margin on the goods.
We are not an authorised distributor for any branded component manufacturer, and we do not describe ourselves that way. When a branded part is genuinely the right answer, we will buy it for you through our sourcing service rather than pretend to be its official channel — and where it is cheaper for you to buy locally, we will say so.
We are also not a marketplace. We do not list thousands of products and leave you to guess which supplier is real. Sourcing enquiries are handled by the same engineers who quote your custom parts, which is why a sourcing report from us comes with a written opinion on whether the factory can actually hold your specification — not just a price and a link.
And we are not a factory, a workshop or a "manufacturer" in the sense of owning production lines. We are a supplier and an order-based contractor, and we say so on the front page rather than in the small print. If you need to audit where a part will physically be made, we name the partner workshop, arrange the visit and put it in writing — before you place the order, not after.

Available on request for serious enquiries:
We never ask for payment to a personal account. Verify our bank details by email before your first transfer.
We do not own a factory, so the honest answer to "where is my part made?" is: in one of the partner workshops we work with, picked because it is the right one for your process. Photographs from those workshops belong here, so you can see the crimping benches, the machining cells and the inspection equipment your order will pass through — not a stock image of somebody else's plant.
★ Launch checklist: these three frames are placeholders. Photographs of the partner workshops are being supplied and will be dropped in here — published with each workshop's permission and captioned so it is clear which partner each photograph shows.
Every enquiry gets a reply within one working day — a price, a question, or an honest "we cannot do this". Silence is the one thing we do not do.
Your drawings, part numbers and end-customer names are never shared, resold or used in our marketing without written permission. NDA welcomed.
Tooling, setup, testing, treatment and packing are broken out in the quotation. If something needs a surcharge later, it is because the requirement changed — not because we guessed low.
If a part does not match the approved drawing or sample, we remake or credit it, including return freight. We have that conversation once, not repeatedly.
Order one piece. Judge us on the part, the packaging and the paperwork. Then decide about the next order.
